Well the 3g iphone is less expensive than the first gen but the plan is more expensive. Although, 3g is amazing, on Edge you cant really download an app and it takes forever if you even can. Also, downloading a web page takes forever.

I saw that the iphone is coming out at 199 and higher for higher Gs. The thing is I have seen people on the net paying up to 700 for their phones
